About Kayra
I am a Biology student, however, I have taken many years of math courses and I am very good at Algebra. In Biology I do use math on a daily such as statistic and conversions. I have done many study groups with myself as the teacher and am capable of teaching Algebra to multiple people at the same time. Within the study groups were my peers and I can say we all did very well and passed all of our exams.

My teaching method is to break down a problem each step at a time because when it comes to Algebra and the formulas within the subject you can get lost very easily and make an error at any point. I like to teach my students to recognize the problem, show them how to start, and show them easy trick and tips when working with different formulas.

Details
For last minute cancellation for a scheduled session the fee will be set at $30
For an unscheduled, last minute tutoring session for extra help will be an additional $10 on top of the hourly rate. Therefore, if we were to have a 2 hour tutoring session with an hourly rate of $12, the cost will be $24 + an additional 10. If I do feel the student really is struggling with a section I am willing to give extra help at lower cost.
