About Thomas
US Air Force retired veteran who taught for 15 years and retired college professor for undergraduate and graduate students since 1995. One year substitute teacher for Florida high school. There is no better job than sharing one's knowledge or helping others acquire new understandings of their world.
I understand that all students can learn, although in different ways. Hearing, seeing, or doing; which ever it takes, we will get it done.
One hour daily or four hour blocks, whatever works best for you. Field trips can be arranged, and even siblings or partners (pals) together if desired.

Learning can be fun! Focusing on the areas where you need either improvement or new knowledge/understanding.
Lesson Plans will follow either your current school or be designed with up-to-date information from current publications or valid websites.
Reading is encouraged to improve writing. English will be taught for all subjects, (ie. papers, answers on questions, assignments, and anywhere there is an opportunity to improve vocabulary and writing skills).
Usually start with a current event discussion, then homework, if assigned, followed by new material. Discussions, research, discussions, feedback, discussions, student feedback (testing), and discussions.
Middle school, high school, and undergraduate, or homeschool students are all welcome.
