About Cecilia
I am a third-year college student currently working toward a music major. I want my students to learn the same love for music that I have developed over my fourteen years of experience. I have worked both as a private piano teacher and a church music accompanist. In both fields, I have been punctual, reliable, responsible, and organized. These are qualities that I apply to all of my interactions. I work to provide the best quality education to each student.

My specialty is instrumental music from Baroque to the early modern period. I take different learning levels into account and work at the student's pace. I encourage consistent practice and push them to excel beyond what they thought possible. My goals for my students are a knowledge of music theory, proficiency in different genres, and confidence in performance. A typical lesson involves keyboard warmups, sight-reading, repertoire practice, and music theory.
