About Daniel

I am a college student currently attending UCLA. I was born in Los Angeles and lived in Korea for two years. I am fluent in both English and Korean. I earned a certificate of TOPIK II Level 6 (Highest level achievable for Korean language). I also tutor at a Korean academy in Los Angeles every week.

About the lesson

Hello everyone! The tutoring program I can offer is for: - who wants to start learning Korean to an intermediate - who wants to build a more solid foundation for Korean - who is eager to improve their Korean. If they sound a little bit boring to you, we also can focus on: - conversational skills through conversations with a native speaker. Based on my experience of tutoring Korean to non-Korean speakers, the first and last goal of my tutoring service is to make you feel comfortable and confident in Korean. Once you get comfortable with the language, you will naturally be able to use what you have studied. In other words, you will achieve improvement with confidence. If you are a total beginner, don't worry about it. We can go through A-Z together. You will be surprised how fast you pick up the language. It may seem challenging to start learning other languages. There is no easy way, but there may be a funnier and more enjoyable way to do it. I love traveling and exploring different cultures. I hope our final tutoring will be giving each other a tour of each one's country in Korean!
