About Will
I am currently a professional Mathematician and Coder that utilizes mathematics to operate on large sets of data for work. I have a successful track record in analytic jobs including a NASA scientist, Army Civilian Employee, Data Analyst, and Data Engineer. Additionally I have extensive tutoring experience at all levels, including my work as a 6th grade algebra specialist, all grade specialist mathematics tutor (3rd grade math to calculus), and as a college level tutor that included calculus and coding classes like Python and VBA. I have a proven ability not only help students grasp the concepts they are working on but also instill a strong foundation of analytical thinking that will help them become successful throughout their lifetime.

Patience and motivation are the pillars of my teaching methods. In strong analytical fields like Mathematics and Coding students often don't understand the significance of the assignment they are working on. An unmotivated student may complete an assignment, but will not learn it. By understanding what interests the student and finding ways to include their subjects in their interests is they key to motivating the student to learn the subject. As an teacher of analytical studies I also use those methodologies to try to determine where a road block in a students comprehension is and tackle that, where a lot of others would just teach the curriculum. There are so many tools a teacher has at their disposal, but in private tutoring its more a matter of using the right one.
