About Lisa
I am a recent graduate of the University of Puget Sound with a double major in biology and environmental policy. I have been helping students with studying biology for 2+ years as an assistant to introductory biology lab sections and have done so both online and in-person.

My goal in teaching is for students to feel excited and confident in the content they are learning. I try to find fun and engaging ways for students to learn material and offer helpful tools for studying. I start by finding where the student is at, then use interesting examples and practice questions to further their understanding. I don't have a set curriculum, but am here as a resource to help you study and feel confident in biology!
