About Dr Ripul
I am a synthetic chemist; I enjoy mixing chemicals and making new architecturally interesting biologically active molecules. I became interested in teaching Chemistry because most of the students didn't find the right motivation to study Chemistry.
Today’s society demands good citizens. Internet has opened a new arena to gather information. It is essential that as good citizens we understand that what good bad information is. The emerging needs for today’s society is to be a critical thinker. It is my philosophy to help create critical thinkers in any class I have the privilege of teaching.

For a solid education in the sciences, we make sure our students understand. Interactive lectures (no matter how large or small the class is) one way to do this. Inquiry based labs are another approach of making theory come alive for students. I believe to make efforts in ensuring that every student gets proper opening to utilize, what they had learn in lecture in the laboratory. I favor to build up own stoichiometry to developing their own approach towards the experiment.
Overall, I believe to engage my students in lecture and present them with life skills in addition to chemistry facts. I love to teach and always looking for new and more advanced ways of challenging my students to think outside the box and become good citizens.
