About Veronica
Homework is scary. I personally have never found it that way, but this was something that was said to me by one of my siblings that I helped tutor through the third grade. I have helped many students both with and without learning disabilities, increase their learning and retention. I love getting to know the students I’m working with. Helping you increase their knowledge while having fun is extremely important to me as well.

I use interactive techniques to engage younger audiences specifically pre-K throughout eighth grade. I have unique experience working with different children with a variety of different learning disabilities, including, but not limited to ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and autism. Typically, I go about my lessons in an organized fashion, starting with simple questions about how the kids' days are going to create a sense of safety and then slowly moving into homework, using interactive techniques to engage and reemphasize knowledge from class.
