About Bruna
I am a coach and mentor with international experience in Brazil and the UK. With a background in teaching and now specialising in personal development, I help students and professionals build clarity, confidence, and balance. Currently studying Level 5 CIPD Learning & Development and Coaching & Mentoring, I bring both academic knowledge and real-life experience to my sessions. My goal is to guide you with empathy, structure, and proven strategies so you feel supported and empowered throughout your journey. I love books, music, films, art and I always try to bring them into my work to make it all more inspiring and light!

I specialise in adults and young professionals who want clarity, confidence, and balance in life. I am currently studying CIPD Learning & Development and Coaching & Mentoring RQF Level 5 in the UK.
