About Jason

Simply put, I see we the people have to keep up with evolving technology, as a way to adapt to a changing world. Currently, I foresee upcoming labor challenges, affecting the ability for people to stay connected via technology. Providing others the ability to create/set up their own alternatives to popular software is something I believe I am uniquely positioned to do. I believe one of the best uses of my background is developing others to adopt the skills I use, giving them more independence in their technology usage

About the lesson

Howdy, I'd like to use my Software and Cloud Engineering experiences to build you up into a capable network engineer! This course is ideal for anyone trying to build something on the web.

When it comes to guiding you, my approach looks something like:

- Learning a bit about your background and objectives
- Identify core skills needed to meet your objectives
- Practice planning out network projects related to said objectives

Developing core skills with:
- Lessons provided by Oregon State University's DevOps Bootcamp: (concealed information)
- Textbook exercises
- Small projects
- Simulated environments

Ideally, we will collaborate using a combination of video communications and live coding spaces. This allows me to provide interactive learning experiences, instead of leaving you with a to-do list of activities
