About Kara

I am a clinical Psychology MSc Graduate. I achieved a Distinction in my MSc and a First in my undergraduate for Psychology. I also, completed psychology at A level.

I have worked with the Dorset Pain Management Service in my Undergraduate work experience and the Intensive Psychological Therapies Service during my MSc work experience. Additionally, my University sent me to India to work on a research project that will soon be published. I completed my Grand Master in Yoga and Meditation and Karma Yoga teacher training in India too.

I had a rough time in my teenage years. I became very sensitive and had some mental health difficulties. This inspired me to learn psychology, spirituality, and as many different avenues and perspectives as I could to help myself and then eventually others.

I find myself at a place of 99% inner peace and contentment with myself and the world around me and I am so excited to share my knowledge with as many people as I can and help us all be better versions of ourselves. I believe the last 1% of inner peace will come when I teach and impart my learning to others.

About the lesson

Each class will be taught 1-1 online and will last for 1hr. Learning is fun, learning is exciting... Learning is the only way we progress in the world. I specialize in teaching you how to learn.
I want to share my knowledge with you and help you grow but also have fun!
