About Bushra
I’m an M.Sc. Clinical Psychology graduate and currently work as a Mental Health Counselor, with academic knowledge and practical experience in psychology and mental health. My experience includes working with students, conducting interactive mental health sessions, providing psychoeducation, and supporting emotional well-being.
I have also gained experience through clinical and school-based training, along with mental health awareness and well-being programs. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, active listening, rapport-building and student engagement skills.
As a teacher, I believe Psychology should be understood rather than memorized. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, stories, discussions and interactive activities to make concepts easier to understand and remember. I am patient and approachable, and I encourage students to ask questions freely.
I can help school and college students with Psychology concepts, exam preparation, revision, notes, PPTs, presentations, assignments and viva preparation. I also adapt my classes according to each student’s learning pace, academic level and specific requirements.
My goal is to make Psychology simple, interesting and relatable while helping students become more confident in the subject.

I believe Psychology is much easier to learn when you understand the concepts instead of simply memorizing them. As an M.Sc. Clinical Psychology graduate, I use simple explanations, real-life examples, stories, discussions and interactive activities to make difficult psychological concepts easy to understand and remember. I adapt my teaching style according to the student’s age, level of knowledge and learning needs.
A typical class begins with a quick discussion or recap of what the student already knows, followed by a clear explanation of the topic using simple examples. I then encourage the student to ask questions and connect the concept to real-life situations. Depending on the topic, I may also provide useful notes, PPTs, examples, practice questions and revision support. Classes can be structured around regular learning, specific topics, assignments, presentations, exams or viva preparation.
What makes my classes different is my focus on making students genuinely understand Psychology. I am patient, approachable and encourage students to ask questions without feeling judged. I can help students understand concepts, prepare notes, organize PPTs, revise important topics and build confidence before examinations.
My classes are suitable for school students studying Psychology, undergraduate Psychology students, and students pursuing higher studies who need help understanding concepts, preparing for examinations, presentations, assignments or viva. I also welcome students who simply want to develop a better understanding of Psychology in an easy and engaging way.
