About Vidisha

I am a licensed clinical psychologist by profession and currently pursuing my research in positive psychology at IIT. I have always had an interest in teaching and discussing psychology as a subject and a pathway to understanding oneself better. Meaningful discussions and interactions through teaching is what I believe one of the best stimulation for constant growth and learning.

About the lesson

The classes are intended to address the conceptual curiosity of school and well as college-level students, who are currently pursuing psychology as a subject or are interested in general to learn about it. Classes would cover theoretical chapters as well as interesting case studies to support the understanding. I am interested in conducting interactive class sessions with students as it makes learning an interesting two way exchange.
