About Sandy
I earned my MA in Clinical and Counseling Psychology where I did research on different schools of psychologies and therapy practices, course assisted in my program for holistic psychology and wellness workshop courses, and taught Social Emotional Learning (SEL) techniques in a NYC public school as part of one of my practicums. I continue to use philosophy and psychology as a resource (for their language and concepts) in approaching interpersonal communication in my personal and professional life and would like to expand the sharing of those resources.
