About Vladimir

When I was doing my GCSEs I was scoring top marks in my class for physics and maths. I realised later that this was not because of luck, talent, or necessarily more work. I found the lessons fun and the subject enjoyable!
I'm Vlad, 19 years old. I am an undergraduate Civil Engineer at Brighton University. My 3 favourite things are video games, food, and maths, and the reason I want to become a full time tutor is to share my passion for maths and physics with other people. I want to help remove the stigma of "maths is boring" or "physics is too hard" by guiding people to their inner love for the subjects!

About the lesson

My experience running an international extracurricular camp has shown that every student is different - whether it be prior knowledge, starting level, or engagement issues. Every student has their own style of learning and needs, and that's a good thing!
This is why I aim to create uniquely tailored lessons for all my tutees - to satisfy their needs, as well as making learning fun and engaging.
Sessions are 1-2 hours long, depending on preference.
