I tutor for Piano Grades, theory and harmony exams and preparation for music universities and academies
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
During the online tutoring, digital copies of the lesson's notes are provided, share screen is required for helping the student with the exercises. Skype and written feedback for the exercises is given from lesson to lesson.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
My methods are focused on learning in class with less homework at home wherever this is possible. I always want to keep the lesson interesting, fun and effective and in the same way to keep the students excited, motivated and concentrated. In the Same time, the most important is to give the full image of the subject they studying because I strongly believe that knowledge should not be a mechanical process. This is why I am studying new pedagogical methods and I am always trying to improve my techniques and my knowledge. Since the very first time I start teaching I feel the relationship I had with my students and how they engaged with the subject because of the way I was teaching that and that makes me like this as a job. I feel that my academic background can provide rich knowledge. I hope that through my teaching methods I will bring more people into higher education and more educated people means evolution of our world.
