About Juliette
I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, and I have 6 years of experience teaching chess to students of different ages. My interest in chess started with a curiosity about strategy and logical thinking, which later developed into teaching. Over the years, I have helped many students understand the game and improve their skills through structured lessons.
My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and steady improvement. I believe that students learn best when they understand the reasoning behind each move. I use simple explanations, guided practice, and regular feedback to help students improve gradually. I also encourage independent thinking so students can make decisions with confidence.
Outside of teaching, I continue studying chess strategies and solving puzzles to improve my own skills. This helps me bring better ideas into my lessons. Teaching chess is very meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students develop strong thinking skills and confidence.

Chess lessons become more interesting when students understand the logic behind each move and how strategies develop over time. My lessons focus on building strong foundations such as piece coordination, board awareness, and simple tactics through clear and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can improve their thinking and decision-making skills. Each lesson includes puzzles, practice games, and analysis that help students learn and improve steadily. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and trying new strategies.
Beginners start with basic rules, piece movements, and simple checkmate patterns. Intermediate learners focus on tactics, openings, and planning moves more effectively. Advanced students work on deeper strategies, positional play, and analyzing complete games. I adjust lessons based on each student’s level and provide regular feedback to support improvement.
Chess helps students develop concentration, patience, and problem-solving skills. As students improve, they become more confident in analyzing situations and making decisions. Many learners also improve their focus and discipline. My goal is to make chess learning simple, enjoyable, and meaningful so students stay motivated.
