For those who prefer a routine (like twice weekly) the fee has to be paid upfront for a period of 12 weeks. A routine will be fixed and it will have to be followed. There won't be postponement of any scheduled classes or taking ahead if the player has another plan on that day. Such sessions will be treated as forfeited by the player. If the trainer is not able to be present for any of the classes a refund of fee for that session shall be made.
