About Sofia
I am currently studying chemistry in undergrad and am passionate about introducing more students to STEM fields. I have a strong understanding of chemistry, math, and physics, evidenced by my A-average in STEM classes. I have previously tutored undergrad intro chemistry and been recommended by professors for this role.

I believe a mixture between discussion and practice problems is the best way to learn STEM subjects. In a typical session, we will start by reviewing what you are learning in class and then going over any initial questions you have. We will spend the majority of the time working through practice problems and discuss questions as they arise. As a current college student I understand how challenging these topics can be, and am excited to help students tackle and understand them!
