About Eliza
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science and have 9 years of teaching experience working with students across different levels. My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about how substances interact and transform through reactions. Over time, this curiosity developed into a strong passion for teaching and helping students understand concepts clearly.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex chemical topics into smaller, easy-to-follow steps so students can understand them comfortably and build confidence gradually. I use diagrams, examples, and consistent practice to reinforce understanding and improve retention. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring practical applications of Chemistry and staying updated with new developments in the field. Teaching Chemistry is deeply rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and understanding over time. Helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and enthusiasm.

Chemistry becomes much easier to understand when students focus on the reasoning behind reactions instead of memorizing formulas without clarity. My lessons are designed to build strong conceptual understanding in topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, and organic chemistry through clear and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand how reactions occur and how different concepts connect across chapters. I use real-life examples such as environmental processes, industrial applications, and everyday chemical changes to make learning more relatable and easier to grasp. Each session creates a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging in learning.
I structure my lessons carefully based on the student’s level and learning needs to ensure steady progress. Beginners focus on basic concepts such as atoms, molecules, and simple reactions using repetition and clear explanation. Intermediate learners work on balancing equations, numerical problems, and reaction types with guided reasoning. Advanced students explore organic mechanisms, equilibrium systems, and complex analytical problems with deeper understanding and accuracy. Practice exercises, revision sessions, and regular feedback are included to strengthen retention and improve performance over time.
Chemistry also helps students develop analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and pattern recognition skills that are valuable beyond academics.
