About Marie
I am an experienced teacher of Chemistry, holding positions as both Head of Chemistry and Head of Science at leading independent schools. I have experience in producing the best results from students and a wealth of ideas to help with revision and tips and tricks for helping to achieve the best results in examinations.
My aim would always to help you understand the Chemistry before advancing and mastering examination questions and help you to achieve the best you can from every question.

I like to look through the facts and use mnemonics or methods for remembering information. Followed by short questions to apply these facts and then master the topic with past paper questions. I'd hone my lessons so that you would be able to focus on the areas that you find most difficult first and work on those topics, breaking them down to understandable subsections and building them back to be able to answer the exam questions.
I will tutor for 1 hour or half an hour depending on your needs and 2 hours before an exam if you wish.
I have taught both Biology and Chemistry to A level. I am able to tutor both to this level, although would consider myself a Chemistry specialist.
