"Neurodiversity is a strength. My clinical approach to teaching values different ways of processing information.
I have taught 143 students over 13 years, focusing on equation balancing, organic chemistry, chemical bonding, and reaction mechanisms. These skills are essential for mastering conceptual learning, the mole concept, and lab and practical work.
