For me teaching is breaking down complex concepts into sets of simpler components and making it understandable from the scratch. Nowadays students are heavily marks oriented, where basic understanding of concepts are somehow lagging behind. I always try to inculcate a sense of "questioning things" in my students. Just two word how and why, trust me if you follow a series of how and why, you'll understand any topic you want to. Yes marks oriented preparation are important as we need to clear competitive exams , but we need to find a perfect balance for ensuring success. Chemistry is my passion, I feel we learn about life while learning about chemistry, as everything around is chemistry and its a never ending learning process
