About Joni
My fascination with Chemistry began with curiosity about molecular interactions and reaction dynamics in everyday life. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, where I studied reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, and quantitative analysis. Over 8 years of teaching, I have developed a structured and patient approach that allows students to master complex concepts while building confidence and critical thinking skills. I tailor explanations to individual learning styles using diagrams, analogies, and stepwise reasoning.
