About Virginia
I did higher level chemistry for the leaving certificate. I did my leaving cert in 2026, so the leaving cert chemistry course is fresh in my mind.
I did the final year of the old chemistry course, but I studied the new course to help my sister who is doing her leaving cert in 2027.
I achieved Student of the Year in Chemistry in 5th and 6th year.
I have experience of helping friends and family with chemistry.
I have a passion for science, I am patient and determined.
I believe with exam-focused teaching, encouragement, time and effort, any student can achieve the grade they want in chemistry.

At the 1st lesson, I figure out what way the student learns and what they really struggle with, and the I make a structured plan suited to the student.
I would teach new content from the textbook and my personal notes, and go through exam paper questions every lesson.
All lessons would be highly exam focused.
