About Filip
I have a masters degree in Chemistry from Warwick University and currently work as an analytical chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
I have been tutoring for 6 years and have had the privilege of seeing my students improve greatly and achieve top grades as a result. I have taught students from all levels of ability, including those who needed thorough coverage of a subject and those who just wanted to brush up before exams for the perfect performance.

My teaching ethos is to help students understand concepts from first principles and to have an appreciation of how the knowledge they learn is complimentary to others areas in a given subject. This has proven to be an effective method of consolidating knowledge and facilitating the comprehension of more complex topics.
I write tailored homework questions unique to the student to help them experience different types of questions and to probe their understanding of subjects. This helps me plan subsequent lessons more effectively.
