I am Chemistry Graduate Student at CSUN with experience teaching/tutoring kids from low socioeconomic backgrounds. I have worked as a tutor at Reseda High School and Sylmar High School for 1 year. Additionally, I have worked for an afterschool program teaching grades k-5 for 3 years.

My teaching Philosophy is that anything student has the ability to learn anything, if the material is presented in a way that grabs their attention. My approach as a tutor is review the material they find challenging with practice problems, so they are engaged in their learning. Progressively, help them work through harder problems to build their confidence in the material they are learning.
