About Lydia
My interest in Chemistry developed through laboratory experiments and curiosity about how substances interact in everyday life. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Science before earning a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. Over the last 11 years, I have helped students strengthen scientific understanding through supportive teaching and structured learning methods.
I believe every learner develops differently, so I adapt lessons according to academic goals, confidence level, and learning style. Some students improve through experiments and diagrams, while others benefit more from detailed explanation and repeated practice. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and balanced scientific development.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading scientific journals, studying environmental chemistry topics, and exploring modern chemical innovations. Staying connected to science helps me introduce practical examples into lessons. Teaching Chemistry is rewarding because I enjoy helping students build confidence in scientific learning.

My Chemistry lessons focus on helping students understand scientific concepts through structured explanation and practical reasoning. I teach chemical reactions, atomic structure, bonding, acids and bases, organic chemistry, equations, and laboratory concepts through step-by-step guidance that makes learning approachable and interesting. Lessons are supportive, interactive, and designed for steady conceptual improvement.
Beginners improve through visual examples, guided explanations, and simple scientific activities that gradually strengthen confidence in Chemistry. Intermediate learners work on reaction balancing, formula interpretation, and analytical problem-solving through structured exercises and practical discussions. Advanced students focus on deeper conceptual understanding, scientific reasoning, and exam preparation through detailed chemistry practice and applied learning tasks.
I encourage students to understand the logic behind reactions instead of memorising information without meaning. Lessons support curiosity, confidence, and analytical thinking while helping learners improve naturally. My goal is to help students become observant, accurate, and confident while studying Chemistry.
