About Vrajat
Hello! I am an applied scientist with a professional background as an aseptic manager, a BSc Gold Medallist in Biotechnology, and the proud recipient of a National Award in Microbiology. I am passionate about teaching because I want to bridge the gap between complex biochemical concepts and student understanding. I deeply value emotional intelligence in education, which is why I use academic research on teenage brain development to inform my teaching strategies. Outside of science, I am an active equestrian—a passion that has instilled in me the immense patience and meticulous eye for detail that I bring to every single lesson

My approach to tutoring biochemistry and applied sciences centres on making complex molecular processes accessible. I believe in ditching dense jargon in favour of relatable, visual learning, using clear diagrams to map out intricate pathways like enzyme kinetics and cellular metabolism. Drawing on my background in industrial biotechnology, I connect theoretical chemistry to real-world applications so the material actually makes sense. Furthermore, I apply academic research on teenage brain development to create adaptive teaching strategies tailored to your specific learning style, ensuring you build confidence and truly master the subject
