About Benjamin
I am a strong believer that anybody can learn physics. I am a passionate and dedicated physics tutor with 10 years of experience in teaching. With a strong background in physics [a Bachelor's in physics, a Master’s in applied physical science, and a PhD in chemical physics], I am committed to making physics clear, engaging, and accessible for every student. My approach is patient, structured, and tailored to each student's unique learning style. I aim to build my students' confidence by breaking down the material into simple, understandable steps, and by creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions. Whether you are preparing for exams, catching up, or aiming to deepen your understanding, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Physics is fun, so learning it should be too!

My teaching method is student-centered — I first assess the student's current level, learning style, and goals. I break down complex topics into simpler, relatable ideas and use examples that match their interests. I combine explanation, practice problems, and interactive discussions to make sure they not only understand but can apply the knowledge confidently.
A typical lesson begins with a quick recap of the previous session to reinforce learning. Then I introduce the day's topic with a short explanation and real-world examples. I guide the student through practice exercises, gradually giving them more independence. We finish with a quick review and set clear goals for the next lesson.
What sets me apart is my ability to adapt my style to each student’s needs — whether they need more visual examples, practice problems, or motivational support. I'm patient, positive, and focused on building real understanding rather than just rote memorization.
