About Manoj
I am a senior research associate at IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi, working in chemical engineering and specializing in CFD, multiphase flow, and reactor modeling. I completed my PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and my M.Tech from IIT Guwahati. My long-term goal is to become a faculty member at a reputed institution and contribute to teaching and research in chemical engineering.

I believe chemical engineering becomes much easier when you can connect concepts with real-life situations. In my lessons, I explain topics step by step, often using a story-based approach so students can understand why a concept is needed before learning the equations.
I use practical examples from daily life and industrial processes to explain difficult concepts such as fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, reaction engineering, multiphase flow, and reactor design. I also focus on how equations are formulated and where they are used in real chemical plants.
My goal is to make students understand the concept, not simply memorize formulas. I encourage questions, discussion, and problem-solving so that students can confidently apply what they learn to engineering problems.
