About Mariana
I am currently a chemical engineering major, with a strong passion for chemistry, especially the math that comes with it. I am currently involved in research regarding nuclear chemistry, and am always happy to spread information. I have experience tutoring peers, and have developed a strong form of conveying information in a way that is memorable. In short, I make sure you have the tools necessary to pass that exam!

I like to start with theory — explain WHY our world works the way it works, both on the micro and macroscopic level. I help determine the necessary components to each problem, and ensure you can eventually solve a difficult problem utilizing these skills. My lessons target high school chemistry, AP Chemistry, and General Chemistry I. I firmly believe in repetition, and the more problems we can work out, the better!
