About Faraaz

My name is Faraaz, tutoring is my passion because I want to see students succeed and help them reach their potential, with the rewarding feeling after students perform, with top results is unmatchable. We will practice questions and go through content and revision sessions, tasks set in class with homework to take away, to be reviewed the next lesson the following week. I strongly feel continuously interacting with the student will help them get comfortable within the class or in the 1 to 1 setting, this will play a factor to achieving within their education setting.

About the lesson

My approach to lessons involve going through the content before answering questions on the topic we go through. I strongly believe that answering questions is key to showing understanding, and I have a big bank of questions waiting to be answered. We will first go through content and then answer the questions, whether this is on a 1 to 1 or as a class basis, as this is what is being asked of the student. Homework will be set and a review of this work the following meeting. I have experience of teaching as I have helped students already achieve what they wanted, to do what they'd like at university. The typical length of a lesson is dependent on how many hours you'd like but as I do like to keep my lessons short and concise, if I was to ever go over, I would make sure the student understands the work before finishing the lesson because understanding is more important to me than the rate and rates can be discussed later
