About Florence
Do you need help with Maths & Science subjects at either GCSE or A level? My name is Florence and I am here to help you understand these challenging subjects and prepare for exams.
I have experience tutoring these subjects and I like to help my students to learn their personal learning styles in order to tailor the tutoring sessions towards their needs. Generally, I like to incorporate lots of practice questions into my sessions to solidify the students learning as we go. I find it rewarding to see the my students grades improve as well as their confidence and motivation. Ultimately, I would like to help each student reach the best of their ability.
I like to keep my sessions quite relaxed to make sure the student feels comfortable and knows that they can ask me about anything they’re not sure about.
I have recently graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial so I believe that I can use the knowledge I have developed over the years since my GCSEs to help my students. I hope to be able to book a session with my students in order to understand best how I will be able to help them and discuss a plan with them to ensure it is tailored towards their needs.
