About Yolande
Students working through NCEA Levels 1 to 3 often find chemistry daunting until we clarify the core principles. I have spent 3 years helping 127 students improve their confidence across this subject.
My goal is to make sure you understand the reasoning behind every reaction. I focus on how chemical bonding and inorganic chemistry connect to the real world.
Helping you master equation balancing and reaction mechanisms is rewarding work. I also support learners with thermochemistry and electrochemistry to ensure you are ready for exam preparation. It is satisfying to see the moment everything clicks during our lab and practical work sessions.
