About Anne
Hi! I’m Sophie, a medical student with a strong background in the sciences and firsthand experience navigating rigorous pre-med coursework.
I know organic chemistry can feel overwhelming, but I also know how rewarding it is when the concepts finally click. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to meeting students where they are academically. Organic chemistry becomes much easier when you understand the patterns behind the reactions instead of memorizing everything. My tutoring focuses on breaking complicated concepts into simple, logical steps and then applying them through practice problems.
Lessons are built around what you need most—whether that’s mechanisms, stereochemistry, synthesis, spectroscopy, or exam prep. We’ll identify where you’re getting stuck, work through the reasoning together, and practice until you can confidently solve problems on your own.
As a medical student who has successfully worked through the pre-med science track, I understand both the material and the pressure of challenging science courses. My lessons are best for college-level Organic Chemistry I & II students, especially pre-med and other health-science students.
