About Kajesha

I am a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience, including more than 7 years working with Big 4 firms and additional experience in industry roles. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, consulting, and financial analysis across a range of organizations.

This professional background allows me to bring real-world experience into my teaching, helping students understand not only the theory but also how accounting and finance concepts are applied in practice.

I take a structured, patient, and practical approach to tutoring. My goal is to help students build strong fundamentals, gain confidence in the subject, and develop the analytical skills required to perform well in exams and assignments.

I work with students at high school, university, and professional exam levels (CA/CPA) and tailor lessons to suit each student's learning needs and goals.

In addition to academic tutoring, I also provide career guidance and interview preparation for accounting and finance roles, including Big 4 and consulting positions. This includes helping students understand typical interview questions, technical concepts, and how to present their experience confidently.

From there, I guide them step-by-step through the concepts, using practical examples and exam-style questions to reinforce learning. Where possible, I also incorporate real-world examples from my experience working in Big 4 firms and industry, which helps students see how accounting concepts apply in practice.

My lessons are interactive and focused on building problem-solving skills, exam confidence, and strong fundamentals.

My sessions generally follow a structured approach:
