About Halimat
Hi, I’m Halimat, and I’m really excited to be your tutor. I specialize in subjects like accounting, finance, statistics, economics, commerce, and math — but more than just teaching topics, I’m here to help you build confidence and actually understand the material, not just memorize it. My passion for teaching started from my own experience as a student. My older brother used to tutor me, and when he moved on, I had to figure things out on my own. It wasn’t always easy — but learning how to teach myself gave me a deep understanding of how students learn differently and the kind of support they really need. That’s why I tutor the way I do: with patience, clarity, and a real focus on your personal goals. Whether you want to improve your grades, feel more confident in class, or just finally ‘get’ a tricky topic, I’m here to guide you step by step.
