About Veronika
I have my own experience with fitness competitions and years of training clients with various goals and backgrounds. I love meeting new clients with an open mind and willingness to make changes no matter what it takes. The overall goal is to make positive lifestyle changes and become accountable to YOURSELF. I also own a Fitness Certification school and take pride in knowing that my team and I are shaping future group fitness instructors and personal trainers with high standards.

Experienced approach to personal training for all ages and fitness levels with emphasis on posture, technique, strength, mobility, skills, growth and helping you attain your health and fitness goals.
Each training session is 60-70 minutes in length.
