About Polina
After combating a life-threatening disease, I chose to dedicate my life to helping others on their body and mind wellness journey. That is why I graduated College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and became a Naturopathic Nutritionist, completed two Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali and continue to learn and grow every single day.
There is new emerging research coming out every single day about the power of our belief systems and how they shape our reality. In fact, how WE can shape our reality by changing our self image.
The combination of physical (nutrition, movement, lifestyle) and mental (meditation, visualisation, learning) practices will transform your entire life. Radiant health will set a solid foundation to help you become who you are meant to be.
