About Aiswaryalakshmi
I teach yoga because I believe in its power to transform lives—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Yoga has helped me find balance, strength, and inner peace, and I want to share that with others. My goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, challenged, and inspired, whether you're here for flexibility, stress relief, or deeper self-awareness. Teaching yoga allows me to help others reconnect with themselves, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Asana Knowledge – Proficiency in yoga postures and their proper alignment. Pranayama (Breathwork) – Understanding and teaching breath control techniques. Meditation & Mindfulness – Guiding students in meditation and relaxation practices. Sequencing & Class Planning – Creating balanced and effective yoga sessions. Interpersonal & Teaching Skills Effective Communication – Clearly instructing and demonstrating poses. Empathy & Patience – Understanding students’ needs and limitations. Motivational Skills – Inspiring students to deepen their practice. Adaptability – Modifying poses for different skill levels and abilities.
