Hi! I’m Arti, a certified Yoga & Fitness Coach with 5+ years of teaching experience, a Master’s in Yogic Science, and an internationally certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification.
I specialize in helping people improve their strength, fitness, flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall physical well-being through personalized sessions.
My approach combines strength training, yoga, mobility exercises, stretching, and practical lifestyle guidance. I work with beginners as well as people who want to become stronger and more physically active.
I believe fitness should be practical, sustainable, and enjoyable. My goal is to help you build strength and healthy habits that fit naturally into your everyday life.

Each 40-minute session is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move better in everyday life.
We’ll start with a short warm-up to prepare your body, followed by strength training using bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or other simple equipment, depending on your fitness level and goals.
The main workout will focus on exercises for the legs, glutes, core, upper body, and overall functional strength. I’ll guide you through proper form and gradually adjust the exercises according to your ability.
We’ll finish with a short cool-down and stretching to help your body recover.
Whether you’re a beginner or already active, the session will be personalized, practical, and progressive—so you can gradually become stronger, fitter, and more confident in your body.
