Warm-up & Goal Check to discuss what’s currently causing you stress (e.g., a messy inbox, forgotten appointments) and set our clear goal for the day.
Step-by-Step Guided Practice We walk through one specific topic—like creating Gmail labels, setting up recurring reminders, or organizing your Google Calendar colors and practice it together live.
My wrap-up & action plan is that we review what you learned, set up simple reminders for your week, and leave time for any questions so you feel completely confident.
