About Phadre
I’m a certified teacher with 11+ years of experience helping students grow academically and become more confident learners. I specialize in reading, writing, comprehension, and academic support for students in grades 2–8.
I believe every student can make progress with the right support and instruction. I create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building new skills. My goal is to meet each student where they are and help them reach their full potential.

My tutoring approach is personalized, supportive, and focused on helping students build both skills and confidence. As a certified teacher with 11+ years of experience, I use modeling, guided practice, questioning, and hands-on activities to make challenging concepts easier to understand.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review, followed by direct instruction and guided practice. Students then apply the skill independently while I provide feedback and support. I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning goals.
I specialize in working with students in grades 2–8, particularly those who need additional support with reading, writing, comprehension, and academic skills. What sets me apart is my classroom teaching experience and ability to break difficult skills into manageable steps while helping students become more confident and independent learners.
