I am a Certified Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing currently working for a school district in Texas as an Itinerant teacher. I have students from ages 3-21 years old and truly have a passion for supporting the needs of students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing.

I work with students of all ages using engaging curriculum and can provide support in many areas of need. I support language development including building vocabulary, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics. I support students in how to be a self advocate for their hearing needs within their school and community. I support students in learning about their hearing loss, Deaf culture, and can provide resources and information related to ADA/IDEA. I support audition skills including auditory memory and auditory comprehension. I support reading skills including fluency, phonetics, visual phonics, and comprehension.
