About Grecia

Every person from the age of 14 begins to go through the stage of fitting into society, which is why physical appearance plays an important role. This course will help people who still feel bad about themselves to stand out in a healthy way, without having to resort to eating disorders. I am 19 years old, I study two careers, I know what it is like to live alone and be under pressure, even so, nutrition is the most important thing in our lives and it is not about dieting but being happy with yourself.

About the lesson

Classes can be held in either English or Spanish.
My methodology is more practical, since it seeks to help the person taking classes with the most basic things.
We will learn cooking from the second class onwards and we will also choose sports that suit you.
At the end of the course you will be able to create a basic nutrition plan depending on the needs of each person.
