I am a high school science teacher in California specializing in Biology, Microbiology, and Chemistry. I have experience helping students at all levels, from those struggling to pass, to those aiming to excel.
I focus on turning complex scientific concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations that students can actually understand and apply. My sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and tailored to each student’s needs, whether that’s test preparation, concept review, or building a strong academic foundation.

I teach Biology, Microbiology, and Chemistry by breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps. My goal is not just to help students complete assignments, but to make sure they actually understand the material and can apply it on their own.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs. We can focus on reviewing class material, preparing for tests, improving study habits, or building a strong foundation in scientific concepts. I use visuals, real-world examples, and guided practice to help students connect ideas and retain information.

Perfect! Excellent teacher!
- I enjoyed tutoring and working through the biology material together. She understands most of the information but would benefit from additional practice distinguishing between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and explaining how each organelle performs a specific function within the cell. Overall, she is making good progress and should continue reviewing these key concepts.James's response :
