About Amelia

I am a 21 year old qualified Pilates instructor. I love health and fitness, and couldn't think of anything more exciting then sharing this love with others.
When I'm not instructing a class I'm at the gym, beach, out with friends or camping with my partner. We have just moved out walking distance to the beach, so if your interested in in person classes you'll be in our home studio. After a session you can head to the beach or grab a coffee!!

About the lesson

My aim is to get every client to be comfortable in what they are doing, and understand why they are doing each exercise. Before we commence classes we will discuss your goals and I will let you now how we will achieve them.
In our 45 minute classes you will have a full body workout aiming to lengthen and strengthen your entire body, while also having great flow. Classes will be fun and engaging.
I currently teach group reformer and would love to be able to give people the opportunity to have 1:1 classes, but if you'd like to bring a friend we can defiantly arrange that!
I have experience with all ages and can work with clients that are pregnant, have injuries or are just wanting to try something new.
