About Andrea

Something I love about teaching is forming a community, where teacher-student trust is vital.
I learned the method thanks to my teachers who taught me the basics and gave me the opportunity to work with them and now that I have certified I want to inspire as much as they and that they fall in love with my classes as I did.

About the lesson

Improve your health without hurting yourself.
Classes aimed at students who are starting in the world of exercise and require guided and supervised classes to avoid injury.
We focus on working the whole body, having a special day to focus on glutes and legs.
