About Madison
Hello! My name is Madi, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have previous experience working with children of many ages outside of the fitness industry, and I believe the skills I developed will greatly help with training children and adolescents to reach their fitness goals. As someone that grew up consistently in the weight room and playing sports, I understand the challenges that children and young adults face when it comes to working out and staying active. My goal is to focus on each individual that I get the chance to work with, and help develop a program that pushes you to reach your goal, but more importantly one that you enjoy!

As a tutor, I offer many workout plans and wellness advice to a wide range of people. From young children to postmenopausal women, I am confident in trying to help any individual meet their fitness goals! My main focus is creating workout plans that are tailored to each individual. A typical workout plan of mine consists of flexibility, core, and balance exercises to aid in injury prevention. With focus on strength training and development, muscular hypertrophy, and workouts made specifically for each individual's sports/fitness preference.
